Great athletes aren't just strong—they know how to move well. Here's what to focus on:

- Strength: Practice squats, lunges, pushing, pulling, and core exercises.
- Speed and Agility: Work on sprints, changing directions quickly, and improving footwork.
- Power: Do jumps, use medicine balls, and try explosive movements.
- Mobility: Keep your hips, ankles, and shoulders flexible.

Hello Eason:

The way to improve as an athlete is to the following:

Know what you need to improve.
Work on your weakness first, you may not ever improve to be perfect however, you need to make sure your skills are acceptable.
Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet that consist of water, greens, fruits and vegetables. Make sure that you limit the amount of junk food that you eat.
Make sure you that you maintain a positive attitude.
Remember being and athlete is not for everyone, being athlete takes a lot of time effort and energy and sometimes you can have injuries that will last you a lifetime, so please do not get upset with yourself if you do not succeed. Remember there are other things you can do and still be successful and have a positive impact on the world.

Hi Eason:

To get better as an athlete, start by figuring out what you need to improve. Spend just 10 minutes a day working on that specific area, so you still have time to practice other skills. Also, focus on eating well. A good diet helps your body recover energy and stay healthy, which is important for your growth in sports.
