I am a 16 year old high school student who has been interested in designing clothes for a year and I have just now began drawing my ideas, how do I rise up and get good education for it
What is the best school? (somewhere in N.Y maybe) How do I promote my designs? What do I need to know? How do I start my own brand? How much will I invest?

I’m glad to hear that you’ve already started drawing your clothing ideas. That is a great first step, and many successful fashion designers begin by sketching their ideas while they are still in high school.
Since you are still a student, one of the best things you can do is continue developing your creativity and design skills. Try to practice sketching regularly and experiment with different styles, fabrics, and clothing concepts. You can also start learning basic fashion design principles such as color theory, garment construction, and pattern making.
You may also find it helpful to explore beginner courses in fashion design on online learning platforms such as Alison or Coursera. These courses can introduce you to important concepts in the fashion industry and help you understand the different career paths within fashion design.
As you learn, take time to reflect on what parts of fashion interest you the most. For example, you might discover that you enjoy apparel design, digital pattern making, fashion illustration, or even the business side of fashion. Identifying your interests early will help you choose the right education path in the future.
Finally, continue building a small portfolio of your sketches and ideas. Keeping your drawings organized will help you track your progress and will also be useful if you decide to apply to a fashion design school later.

The best schools in NY are Parsons, FIT and NYU. It depends if you want to design clothes for others on a daily basis or for entertainment like film, tv shows, theater, etc. You can do both though it depends on your interest and what you want to pursue in. I got fashion degree and planned to make my own collection and designing designs for my ocs, cosplay, and entertainment business. I searched that you can get a fashion and/or costume design degree to work in the entertainment business.
