Alice’s Answer

To find the best tool for starting and growing your career, begin by understanding yourself and setting some broad goals. Ask yourself questions like: What is my personality? What kind of career do I want? What work environment suits me best? For instance, if you prefer focusing on one topic, working in a larger company might be better than multitasking in a smaller one. Next, figure out how you learn best—whether it's through reading, experiences, online classes, or a mix of these. Then, choose books, volunteering opportunities, or online courses that match your learning style. This approach will help you learn and grow in your career more quickly.

The best way to get started is start using free learning apps/platforms like Coursera ,Youtube . Learn about free courses, internships and freelance gigs. In my case for the same what I had opted was I started a little with conducting tuitions for smaller grades and that did boost my confidence .

Daniela’s Answer

There are plenty of free tools and courses online, so make the most of them. Success depends more on your effort than the resources you have. Identify your strengths and work on developing new skills. Being resourceful, able to multitask, and thinking creatively will help you advance.

Andy’s Answer

To kick off a career without spending much money, it's great to use free or cheap resources like online courses, local libraries, mentorship programs, and open-source software. Success comes from sticking with it, always learning, and meeting new people. While starting with fewer resources can be tough and progress might be slow, you can make the most of it by using what you have, being flexible, and focusing on building your skills to open up more opportunities.

Mohan’s Answer

The best way is to start with the essentials only, use free or low-cost tools, borrow or rent when possible, and gradually upgrade as you gain experience and income rather than trying to buy everything upfront.
