I would not worry about a resume at this stage. If you want to become a doctor, you have a long road ahead of you. High school activities are not important.

This is your road to become a doctor:
4 years high school
4 years college
4 years medical school
minimum 3 years of internship/residency depending on the field you pursue

I would try to work in a medical office. It's hard at your age because most patients do not want young students in the room but you can learn a lot outside of the examination room. Even if you work for free, you can put volunteer on your resume. See if you can work as a medical scribe. That allows you access to the exam room. You see what a doctor does. You learn the language of medicine. This makes medical school so much easier because you have already heard the language and diseases before you start school. Important diagnoses repeat themselves.

James’s Answer

A resume should be built gradually, as you achieve things. Each time you graduate from a school, receive an award, begin or end a job or volunteer activity, write it down. From time to time ready your growing resume, and imagine being a medical school person who is deciding who to accept into their school. What might you do that might impress that person? Usually they would like to see you have excellent grades and test scores. They also are looking for leadership capability, so could you demonstrate that by being a team captain, student body officer, etc? They prefer well-rounded people. So, could you learn multiple languages? Be a good musician, artist, actor? Letter in a sport or two? Work in a research lab? Volunteer to help people with needs?
As you are building your resume, be certain you are also spending time being a healthy, happy person. The resume is nothing if you are not happy and healthy.
