What is the best way for educators to find schools who are hiring?
I am a current high school senior and will be attending college in the fall to receive an elementary education degree. School comes fairly easily to me, so I am concerned about what comes after school. I know that there are plenty of opportunities for education jobs in my area, but I am wondering where to look. Any advice on this topic is useful!

First, do you wish to teach in your area, or move on to another area of the country?
Second, you state that you know of several educational opportunities in your area. How so? Explore them.
And the simple way to go on and expand the current educational opportunities would be to start with a simple on-line search and then take it from there. Just carefully consider the words you put into the search engine, as you may have to modify them. Again and again. And you may have to scroll down and down and down to pick up items that you are looking for and interest you.
