What is the best study method when you struggle focusing on something for a long time? I will be a Christian Studies major.
I'm a senior, my major will be Christian Studies for youth and will double with business Management. I like to work and be with animals but also go on hikes and spend quality time with people I love and care about.

Great question, Madison! If your Christian Studies major (or any other classes) requires a lot of memorization, I recommend making flashcards and quizzing yourself while going on a walk.
This is helpful for a few reasons:
1. Studies have shown that hand-writing notes helps with memory retention more than typing (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11943480/)
2. Walking improves creativity and embodied cognition:

3. It's just more fun! Especially since you like to hike!
Hope this helps!
