Hi Leonard, that's a great question! There's no single right or wrong answer, especially as work keeps changing. In my job, I explore how processes work, find ways to be more efficient, and see how different systems and people interact. This involves gathering information from many sources, looking at data, finding patterns, and using these insights to make smart decisions. I use both qualitative and quantitative methods, like getting feedback, reviewing information, and analyzing trends to see what's working and what can be improved. I also spend a lot of time writing clear reports to share these insights effectively.

Besides my main tasks, getting involved in projects, volunteering, or working with others is important. It helps me gain practical experience and use my research skills in real-life situations. With AI becoming more important, this work is changing too. AI tools help process lots of information, find patterns faster, and generate insights quickly. This lets us focus more on thinking critically, solving problems, and making decisions.
