Main Job Functions:
Fill the floor with new products
Clean up items that are on the salesfloor
Assist customers over the phone and in person
Merchandise products

Tasks that take up most of the shift would be cleaning up the salesfloor.

I am a VP in Data Analytics and Reporting. One of my main daily job responsibilities is making sure that me and my team meet all of the timeframes that have agreed upon with close to 100% accuracy in the data analytics that we do. In the world of data, the main asset that we have is our reputation and if people begin to lose confidence if what you are producing, it becomes very hard. Because of this, I try and make sure my team is meeting timeframes with very high accuracy. My other daily responsibility is managing conflict. This is an important skill to have in order to be successful in any career. Lastly, mentoring my analysts in team is one of the greatest responsibilities that I feel I have. As their supervisor, I feel it is my responsibility to make sure my team members succeed in whatever career path they choose for themselves and that they have the work/life balance that they want.
