I usually work with a mix of clients, depending on the setting. In a general nutrition practice, I work most often with clients focused on wellness, weight management, and improving overall eating habits. I also work with people managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal issues, or food intolerances. In more clinical settings, nutritionists may support acute care patients who need nutrition interventions during hospitalization or recovery, but that depends on the role and environment. Overall, my experience is strongest with clients who need practical, personalized nutrition guidance to support long-term health and condition management.
