As a Business Information Systems student, you can look for internships that allow you to use both skill sets (business and technology), such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Digital Transformation Intern, or Project Management Intern.

You can search on LinkedIn, your university's career portal, company websites, and job platforms. Also, attend career fairs, networking events, and employer talks hosted by your university. Many companies recruit interns directly through these events.

To stand out, you need to build practical skills alongside your studies. If possible, complete small projects, analyze real datasets, or create dashboards to showcase your skills. You can include these projects on your resume and LinkedIn profile. All the best.
