Which fastest-growing online career do I choose that matches my skills/ qualifications/ background?

I am an adult with advanced PhD/MA degrees in Philosophy/ logic; research psychology; Liberal arts.
My key skills/ experience lie in writing, thought leadership, research, lecturing (all ages & media), counseling (basic license).

I am best with word skills followed by people skills.

I have some background in journalism, marketing, sales.

For personal reasons, I need to work online/ remote/ freelance.

Can you please suggest one or more areas to look into - fastest growing jobs that intersect with my skills. (I am ready to pivot if needed, but cannot afford to spend too much money or time in upskilling (I am a single mother in her 50s)).

PS. Neither consulting nor technical writing nor platforms like Upwork is for me. (I have either tried or succesfully worked in each of these; there is declining job opportunity and horrendous competition).
