If you're unsure about which science interests you, don't worry. Science covers a lot of areas, each with its own focus:

- Biology deals with living things like animals, plants, and humans.
- Chemistry studies substances and their reactions, connecting different sciences.
- Physics explores energy, motion, and how the universe works.
- Environmental Science examines how humans interact with nature, focusing on sustainability.
- Geology/Earth Science involves rocks, weather, oceans, and Earth's history.

As you're considering PVAMU and choosing a major, there's no need to rush. Think about what excites you:

- Interested in animals or medicine? → Biology
- Enjoy experiments and chemical reactions? → Chemistry
- Love math and understanding movement? → Physics
- Care about the environment? → Environmental Science

Try taking some introductory classes, talk to professors, and meet students in those fields. Join clubs or volunteer in science activities. Often, you discover your interests by trying different things.

Which science class have you enjoyed the most so far? What did you like about it? This can help guide your choice of major.
