If I decided to go to an out of state school is there anyway that the hope scholarship could transfer over to the others state form of hop

I lived in Georgia and let's say I get the hope scholarship, and I decided to go to Alabama. Is there anyway that the hope would transfer and switch over to the other states form of hope. #scholarships

All scholarships are based on requirements. If the Hope Scholarships says you must attend a university in Georgia, then no you cannot transfer it over. I reviewed the scholarship because I had one in another state and you must attend college in the state where you received it and are a resident of at that time. Hope this helps!

The website also states the following about maintaining eligibility--


You must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program offered by an eligible public or private college or university or public technical college in Georgia.
