Yes! Of course! Honestly anything is possible! To answer your question, as long as you are able to balance your career in the medical field and also have time for your family it is very easy. Your family will be your family regardless and they will be very supportive and understanding because they love you and only want the best for you! Make time for work and also most importantly make time for those special family events and if you can not make it due to work circumstances never forget to send notes or acknowledgements to your family. I agree with the other answer here! It is 100% possible to have a successful job in the medical field while still having a big, happy family. Your family will always be there for you through your entire career experience and will support you through whatever you undergo. As long as you understand how to draw the line between family time and career time, having both things previously mentioned is feasible. Wishing you the best!
