The parts of my job that I find more challenging is feeling like you always have to prove yourself and complete tasks. That being said challenges in the workplace can further motivate you and make you more involved in your job.

Nursing takes a lot of emotional, physical, and mental energy. It can be difficult to miss holidays, weekends, and family events when you’re required to work. You give a lot of yourself to your patients and job. However, it is very rewarding. Hope this helps!
