Hi Tyler, a day in the life of PwC is hard work, but can be so rewarding. The learning opportunities are amazing! As an intern, I'm always focused on gaining new experience and asking questions. Really immersing yourself in the company's financial statements in order to ensure FS's are fairly presented is the goal. We must always be questioning what a company's presentation is like. We do substantive testing to prove it. Hope I answered your question

My typical day as an audit intern is waking up at 5:45 to workout. Getting back by 7 and showering and getting ready for my day. I plan to arrive at my client site at 9 am and will stay there all day depending on the team. I work with a team of 13 most days and then my mini breakout team of 3 and my senior of 1. I refer to him with all my questions as he guides me. Depending on the season I can be done anywhere from 5 pm to 9 pm. Afterwords I go home and relax for a bit.
