With federal agency jobs there are normally very specific and strict requirements that you must meet. Fortunately, that means they normally have a very thorough and helpful recruitment page. As with many jobs, an internship can help you get your foot in the door and get to know decision-makers who could influence hiring. There is information about this on their recruitment page. Maybe this will assist you:

Curtis makes good suggestions; you'll find that there are a number of positions within the CIA that aren't agent positions. I would also add that you need to be certain to perform well academically (and study languages!), stay out of legal trouble, and avoid taking illegal drugs or substances. The latter two issues could be an automatic disqualifier for your application no matter how long ago those things occurred.

Hi Abdimalik:
As others have already shared some great advice, the CIA has several concrete eligibility requirements. Job candidates must apply for CIA positions online while inside of the U.S. through the CIA's Career Application Center and be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen. Potential CIA employees need to confirm that they are willing to move to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area if they aren't based there already, and they must pass medical and security screenings.
I hope this was helpful. Best of luck to you!
