It really depends on your goals in life. Aviation can be a challenging and unpredictable industry with up and down that change very quickly. That being said it is a very rewarding life that provides a great deal of travel and very unique experiences. As I can only speak to my personal experience I would not have traded it for the world even with all the ups and downs. Talk with as many pilots as you can to see the goods and bads about aviation and the various types be it military, cargo, airline or what ever interests you. It is a challenging dynamic rewarding career.

Aviation is a world within a world. You have the tourism, branding, trading and psychology which all makes various networks for its employees and customers. Now if you are talking about naval aviation you are dealing with air power and being a carrier for military operations. If you want to be successful you will need to take a course. You have to learn about Airport Management, Hospitality, Aeronautical engineering as well as commercial Pilot training. You must become a rising star in the skies. You should look at PDFs online or free web seminars that discuss aviation more to get a full understanding of what to prepare for and what to expect in the long run.
