[closed] What are some common setbacks that managers experience in the workplace?

I am a business senior at Concordia University, and I have an interest in administration. my major is management, so I naturally like to obtain more information about business and what it takes to be a great manager. As with any job, there are bound to be times where employees feel discouraged. I would like to plan or at least have a slight idea of what to expect so that I could make a comeback from a small mistake.
