Hi jawahar,
To become a computer engineer i would urge you to start building interest is computers now itself
once you finish graduation in computers you can opt for any of the programming languages that interests you
learn the languages thoroughly
once that is done you can apply for multi national companies and fulfill your dream of becoming a computer engineer

you would need to choose science group in 11th and 12th. preferably physics, chem n comp science or any other group which might have comp science included.
