[closed] How can you gain recommendations needed for a job?

Hello,

My name is Aimee, and I am a current business senior with an interest in administration and a major of management. I hope to go into office management because it is something that I have a passion to learn about. It also fits well with me because I am organized, friendly, and business-minded. Hopefully I can obtain a career in the field of business management. Likewise, there are often recommendations and references needed by potential employers to prove that you are who you say you are. Nowadays it is expected to run confidentiality checks because of security reasons. I remember when Target customers had stolen information from credit cards because of a security threat. In order to put my best foot forward, what can I do to gain secure references for a job position. What can anyone do in order to put him or herself on the best light?

Thank you. #business-administration #leadership #office-management #job-coaching

Simon’s Answer

The best recommendations are the ones that are the most applicable to the job you are seeking. Recommendations require experience, so getting an internship and doing well will result in a good letter. Letters from volunteering can also help. They could mention what you did, reliability, punctuality, communications, attitude etc. Good luck.
