[closed] In a business office where social loafing is commonplace, how do you manage it?

Hello,

My name is Aimee, and I am a current business senior major. I have some knowledge about business administration and managing businesses. In addition, my passion is for management. "Not all businesses are created equal"is a quote that I remember learning about in my business class with a professor. He that taught me how some businesses have strategies to succeed and excel, and that others just plain out do average work and get no earned notice for the right reasons. Some businesses have employees that goof off and play around in group settings instead of coming together and getting assignments done. I believe that people can learn from each other by focusing more on others and not their own opinions. How can someone not buy into goofing off and instead, have fun by focusing? I realize that sometimes workers get un-interested in routine occurrences. #management #business-administration #office-administration
