Thaiz’s Answer

Hi Tiffanie,
I work for technology companies for a while and I can tell you that in some periods the work is very stressfull, however, when your work is aligned with your internal values and you enjoy learning, the challenges are really a growing step.
My suggestion is to search for companies that shares same values that yours and the chances for you to find a good team and thriving environment in those companies is higher and you will enjoy to be part of it.
I wish you all success!

Maureen’s Answer

Finding an organization that is aligned to your core values can help when times get stressful. It will be a reminder of why you do the work you do. Building your professional network and deepening relationships with colleagues is always a good idea. It's important to find a place where you can bring your whole self to work. Life is dynamic and there will be times you may need extra support. If you build the right relationships at the right place you should be able to achieve balance while delivering quality work. Search for alignment between corporate and personal purpose, that may be the sweet spot you are looking for.

Sudha’s Answer

Hi Tiffanie,
As you move up the corporate ladder, you will learn to multitask and manage team members. you will get into management only if you have interest in it and once you develop the interest you will know how to handle things. So go with the flow and follow your heart on where you want to head. Being busy is fine as none of us would want to be idle all the time. Nothing is worth taking a stress. Do things you enjoy.

Best Wishes
