[closed] Has anyone ever used legal reasoning before and applied it to the area of office management?

Greetings,

My name is Aimee and I am a business major at Concordia University with an interest in administration and management. I have a passion of learning more about business and more about the areas of office management and/or administration. I love to learn more about the ways that managers can lead others to positions that are higher and more fulfilling to what a business needs. My favorite concept in business is management. More specifically I like to learn more about how to apply the concept of business law to the areas of management. For example, sometimes there are confidentiality laws that mean managers need to go and obey so that information does not get out in the open. Other times there are laws that dictate how money should be handled. How can someone use legal reasoning in order to empower a manager?

Thank you humbly for your advice,
Aimee
