What are good classes/training I could do if I wanted to go into a culinary schools?

I am hoping to take certain classes throughout high school /collage #high-school-classes

1. Look at Youtube/Read books and look at places near you where you can interview chefs and more
2. Look at the style that you want to cook since in culinary school you will be given a general path but if you want to know a specific way that this can help to find those schools
3. Cook at home with a guardian as they can give tips and you can learn more
4. Cooking will always require a lot of knowledge since a lot of thought and research goes into cooking

Check with your high school to see if you're able to take any culinary classes in a technical career center with your high school. Sometimes those classes will be offered at a career center.
