Who am I writing for? My audience might be end users, software developers or system administrators. Each group has specific goals,need, and interests that I must address.
What am I writing about? I need to provide information that helps the audience achieve their goal, needs., and interests
Where do I share this information? I organize the content clearly so that the audience can easily find and use the information.
When do I share the information? I present the information in a logical order that aligns with the audience's goals, need, and interestss.
Why is this important? I explain the importance of the information in a way that connects with the audience's goals, needs, and interest
Examples:
An end user needs to know when to enter their username and password to log into an account.
A system administrator needs to know how to verify a username and password and handle errors if they don't match.
