What are the benefits of getting an after degree?

If, by an "after degree," you mean a Master's, I would have to agree with the previous answers: a Master's degree will broaden your career options and show you as a potentially dedicated employee. Additionally, it will give you an opportunity to concentrate in an area that appeals to your particular interest. Additional training of any kind, whether a Master's or a certificate program, adds to your arsenal of skills, as well as adding to your network of professionals.

A college education, whether it's community college, bachelors degree, or vocational, your chances of getting a good, stable job are higher.
