It's fine to not know what you want to do. Not everybody is lucky enough to have a passion. I would say that the best way to find out is to try. Look for summer jobs early and try different things. You can also go on internet and complete some personality tests. It will help you to know more about yourself. Be honest when you take this tests.

Then, I don't know what you mean by "good carrer"... For some it means a good salary, for others it means something that you like, or it could be both.

If it's something that you like, then as I said above, you have to try.

If it's money then you can go on Glassdoor and look for different jobs and their salaries in your city/country...

A good career is to follow your heart and what interests you the most. You may want to discuss it with your school counselor to expand your different options.

Hi Kevin -- if getting a scholarship is a priority for you attending college, I recommend looking at Cappex (https://www.cappex.com/scholarships). Cappex is a database of scholarships that are open to apply to. You can use the filters on the right to narrow the scholarship results by gender, ethnicity, location, and other criteria that matches you.

As for finding a career you like, that can be tough! It's hard to know what jobs exist and what they each involve day-to-day. I recommend asking adults you know (parents, friend's parents, family friends, mentors, etc.) about their jobs and what they're responsible for. You may learn about positions or companies that you didn't know about, but would be a great fit for you!
