The best nursing college is the one that fits your needs. Something to consider is some programs offer direct admits as compared to others in which you need to apply to the program. Many of these programs require you to complete the first year of gen ed courses and then apply to the nursing program.

Many things can play into the idea of "best college", and from my experience it's truly what you make of it. I would suggest looking at some of the schools that take pride in their nursing programs, and do some research about their faculty. Also seek for what types of student organizations those colleges have, joining a pre-health/nursing organization would also help you tremendously in college. Hope this helps!
