Hi Negin! I think the first thing to do is to explore the requirements to get your degree (prerequisite course work, exams, eligibility criteria, etc.) and then you can align your career planning around that.

In terms of experience, there are lots ways to achieve that! Don't focus narrowly (e.g., "teaching English to high school students") but instead think broadly (e.g., teaching any subject to anyone, using English in any manner). For example, you could be a volunteer or paid tutor in English (or any other subject) to children, adults, business people, etc. -- teaching is teaching and you can participate in any way. You could also focus on using English professionally -- be a volunteer or paid translator, write articles for English-language newpapers (paper or on-line) or blogs. The key should be to find ways to develop the skills you'd need to teach English, but you can take it a little bit at a time.

Develop you experience one skill at a time: teaching any subject to any audience, using English in any professional manner
