In my university, except management, other majors support co-op. #management

You could look at Management Trainee Programs at large insurance companies or financial institutions. Frequently, these companies hire recent college/university graduates in Business Management into these types of programs where you are exposed to various roles/divisions/etc. in the company and have the opportunity to develop skills with the goal of a permanent position at the end of the program.

Too many options. Almost every career you go into will require a manager. It all depends on what you want to manage. I would try to see what you have a passion for and go for it. Being a manager is all about being a leader.

you might want to consider project management internships. It will still provide applicability to your major and valuable experience.
