What is a good extra course?

I have 3 extra courses left to choose after taking all mandatory courses I need to pursue in the medical field. I have chosen 3 sciences, calculus, and french, but still have 3 more to choose. What are some high school courses that I should take? #highschool #course-selection

I would choose some widely varying courses to fill out your exposure. You'll never know if a class you take will spark an interest in something you would have never found out about outside of that course. I'd take a business class, an art class, and then the most unique class you can find from what's offered.

Hi Diljot,

In addition to to the sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), Math and French I would suggest you take some courses in Psychology and Sociology. Also if you school offers an opportunity for service learning (volunteering) a health related setting, I would suggest you pursue it. If not, I would suggest you volunteer at a local hospital or nursing home.

Good Luck!

Natalie
