Cayla’s Answer

Great Question! To make your resume stand out, the best approach would be to not use your resume as a “one size fits all”.

Depending on the job type you’re trying to attract, some important things to do is tweak your resume every so often to better, making sure you personalize your resume, to align with job requirements.

List experiences and skills that you have that go directly with that job or those that could help you succeed in this specific job. Also be sure to list any certifications, licenses, and any relevant stats to strengthen your resume. Best of luck to all
