What are great Dermatology Programs ? What division of sports is the college with the Dermatology Program? What kind of classes should I take during high school to get me into a good dermatology programs?

I want to play soccer in college and I would love to also go to a great University for Dermatology.

Ohio State college of Medicine and Richmond Gabriel University runs Dermatology at Graduate level. You may run Public Health or Medical Science at undergraduate level.
Explore extra curricular activities in your college of choice for sports activities.
Focus on Biology, Chemistry. physics, Maths and English during high school years.

College and where you do your residency for derm are completely different entities. One doesn't depend on the other.
