I am looking for a career that is not patient care or medical school but involved with a biology major and possibly a masters?
I am not sure if I want to get my masters, but I feel like I will need to have that for a good paying career in science that is not a doctor. Not sure where I am looking for a masters program, probably on east coast.

There are so many options that include patient care without completing an MD:
Anesthesiology assistant
Athletic training
Genetic counseling
Healthcare administration
Nursing
Nutritionist or Dietician
Occupational therapy
Physical therapy
Physician assistant
Phlebotomist
Public health
Respiratory therapy
Speech-language pathology
If you don't want to work with patients, there are also things like pathology assistant and medical lab scientist/technologist.

You could go into the pharma and biomed industry, focus on clinical trials and studies from the treatment and research side of the house. You can also get a PhD and become a professor! Good luck!

Maybe, but I am not sure the best thing to do is Google and see what careers involve a Masters in Biology and what is the salary behind the chosen career. Also maybe you could write professors at some of the colleges/universities and ask them possibilities of good schools that have a Master's program in biology. Godspeed.
