Hello Emily,
I often ponder this question, and I believe the solution lies in Global Logistics. This means delivering essential resources like food and medicine to everyone on the planet. While it might appear unlikely, the progress in drone technology and worldwide infrastructure makes it possible. Naturally, we'd have to abandon ideas like money and cost to create and sustain such a massive project.

I enjoyed answering this question because it made me think. Here are my simple ideas:
1. Make life skills a core subject
2. Make financial literacy a mandatory course for everyone
3. Celebrate kindness, honesty and integrity as much as wealth and fame
4. Pay teachers, nurses, farmers, caregivers and social workers fairly compensated for their vital roles
5. Encourage governments to focus less on winning the next election and more on building the next generation
6. Ensure everyone learns at least three languages
7. Phones should automatically turn off at dinner tables
8. Replace the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" with "What problems do you want to help solve?"
I wish for a world where people focus less on comparing themselves to others and more on becoming their best selves.

Great question! So, being the Boss of everything suggests you're like a God. The idea of what you could change in that position is quite fascinating.
Instead of focusing on the "God" concept, let's consider someone mortal who has control over most things in the world.
First, I'd establish my vision and objectives for the planet. Let's say my goals involve peace, harmony, and good health for everyone.
Next, I'd pinpoint the obstacles preventing the achievement of these goals. Once I understand the challenges, I'll devise strategies to overcome them. To carry out these plans, I'd enlist the help of individuals best suited to assist me in making a positive impact.
