Below are my suggestions:
1. Choose subjects in your school related to fashion design if feasible, eg design, art classes, etc
2. Use a time management tool, eg your phone calendar, MS outlook, etc
3. Assign the time you need to attend school, homework, revision, etc
3. Do some exercise everyday. This can help you to relieve stress and depression
4. Explore any intern opportunities to work in fashion house
5. Find out the entry criteria of fashion design course in the college

Hi! Thank you for asking, i’d like to share my experience, i hope this helps. First of all you have to find out what is bothering you, if you’re clueless it’s best to ask for professional help from a mental health specialist like a psychologist, they would give you trigger questions that may lead you into telling your story and finding out what is keeping you from staying motivated. From my experience, they would ask your detailed every day habits or even ask you to write a schedule of it. They would also ask how you are feeling and how your activities are making you feel. From there then they would connect the strings on what is keeping you behind. I suggest doing a face-to-face consultation, but if you’re not confident yet you could try doing an online consultation (although it isn’t as effective). You may also get a diagnosis that would help you in getting the right treatment. If you’re still unsure, you could try to manage yourself. I suggest by keeping yourself busy, it may appear as inconsistent because you let yourself try many new things at once but you’ll let yourself indulge on the experience because you’ll always have something to do. You may also find your passion by trying out new things you never thought you would. By finding your passion, you’ll regain motivation because you genuinely enjoy doing it. Aside from that, a simple thing that works for me is saying and manifesting good things to myself. You could start by writing positive notes or goals you want to achieve in sticky notes and put it in your mirror, gadgets, or any other location that is easily visible to you. Make sure the words you wrote are genuinely from your heart so it’s more meaningful and you’ll gain more motivation by just looking at it. You’ll subconsciously think that good things are meant for you and it’ll be engraved in your mind. Also acknowledged that everyone has their own pace, try looking back, the you in the past thought you wouldn’t make it right now but you did. So, don’t be scared to dream big, write anything you want because you’ll never know what’s ahead of you. The journey is definitely not easy and I'm glad you acknowledged your difficulties.
