Laboratory !!! The LAB is not one entity. We have 20+ specialties and depending on the hospital, Cytology, Histology, Blood banking, Andrology, Stem Cell , and HLA are some of the smaller forgotten specialties.
Sonography, Perfusionists, Prothestics, Radiation Therapy, and Nuclear Medicine are some others

Occupational Therapy. Many people have heard of physical therapy, but occupational therapy has actually been around longer! We work with people of all ages in many different settings to begin or return to do anything that “occupies” your time. Everything from getting dressed and taking a shower to driving and engaging in leisure activities. It is such a broad profession that you can work with any group of people that is of interest to you.
Another is speech language pathologists. They also work across the life span on areas like thinking skills, language, swallowing, and voice (for performers, people transitioning genders, or people with diagnoses like Parkinson’s disease).
