To achieve success, it's essential to establish clear career objectives, perform exceptionally well, and secure a sponsor or mentor who can guide you up the corporate ladder. Being successful requires more hardwork, passion, talent, disciplin, and your wishes.
You can have a list of your dreams or wishes that you can find your pathway; yet all plans should be divided into multiple easy steps. The reason is that you follow your plans and you should follow the requirements.
If you do not have any successful career yet, you may start with the job (volunteering, internships, full-time or part-time), or any project in the club, or any opportunity at the university, or you have previously experienced and would like to work on. The important thing is that you should have a surf the internet about both hard skills and soft skills for career, and emotional intelligence for your skills. Basically you need to discover your talent and passion; even if you do fear of the job role or group work with members or whatever it is; look at the job that you can think of.
The hardest part is taking steps as you planned before. Disciplin and hardwork are crucial pathway you need to follow up. Yet, I would like to say that let the fime flows; because you may not know how many years you will have to follow all the requirements from your plan and from the career. Look at your list and follow each path you can easily complete.
I must say you seek help from the people or mentor who can assist you professionally. Therefore, you can follow up your list perfectly; because if you missed the opportunity or something else happened, you can get in touch with mentor or friends who had previously experienced before.
Last thing to say; never give up!

We all have different ideas of success, for some people means having a high paying job while for others mean to start a family and stay home to raise their kids.
You can start your journey by thinking what you want to achieve and write it down, then you can search and read about people that is successful in the field or topic you're interested in.
I recommend you to read or listen the book Atomic Habits book by James Clear. It will give you examples and a step by step of how to achieve success by creating good habits in your life ✨️

Write Down your goals and wishes
Think of what you need to achieve your goals
Read the atomic habits book
Read again what you wrote about success and your goals and reshape if needed
