I'll focus my answer on the first part of your question - what I love the most about it. Personally, I am driven by the opportunity to empower others to reach their full potential.
I find immense satisfaction in helping those who might need assistance in honing a particular professional skill, providing them with constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their abilities. I also really enjoy seeing other people succeed and any way I can help them, in my ability as a manager I try to take! For instance, if a team member is overwhelmed with tasks, and can't devote enough time to their key responsibilities, I see if I can take on the task, assign it to someone else, or postpone it for later. This approach allows them to concentrate on doing great work!

Not everyone who are business oriented took it up as a career path to be professionals.
Often times , if you are passionate about a certain skill and you get to expand your knowledge on it the more , gives one an added advantage.
I am a business woman who is so passionate about fashion but I took up nursing as a career path and I am making it so far in my business because i devote more time to build a brand and the business is growing gradually on daily basis.
Business management ideas expands on more experiences encountered.
Nevertheless, if you still would love to take it up as a career, you will sail through. You can get to manage different businesses for individual who will need your services as a professional.
Financial benefits depends on how you market your product .
Durability and finishing process matters more . That makes you outstanding.

Hello, I'm presently working in management. I hold both a master's and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I started my career managing a fast food restaurant, which made me realize my passion for managing and operating a business. This is why I pursued a degree in business administration. The fast food sector is known for offering valuable experience even without a degree, and I was earning $30,000 annually, plus bonuses.
After earning my bachelor's degree, I transitioned into the finance sector. Despite lacking experience, I climbed the ladder and within two years, I secured a management position, earning around $45,000 annually, plus bonuses that were not always guaranteed. I spent approximately seven years in finance.
Currently, I'm managing in the staffing industry with an annual income of $80,000. It's important to note that many management roles, particularly at the lower levels, provide a salary and performance-based bonuses. If you can ensure these bonuses work in your favor, you can certainly earn a substantial income.

The field of business is very broad. I have a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Finance and a minor in Banking. When I graduated from college, I worked in the banking industry. From there, I spent 16 years in pharmaceutical sales. After that, I went into business for myself. Many companies seek out business majors because the field of business covers so many different careers. Unless you have a niche career like nursing or engineering, a business degree can take you far. The salaries vary. I've made as little as $36000 to over six figures. I am uncertain what the starting salary is now for business majors. It depends on the job.
