I agree with Eben's Answer. I am an ERAU alumni and not only are they known for online/worldwide programs, you can also do coursework in Singapore, USA or at other satellite branches. It will just depend what country you prefer to study in.

I am not sure what a B1 license is, however I will say that most A&P programs in the USA are going to be found at a technical school or a community college. Most company's do not require a degree to work on airplanes.
