I like to make lists and write it down. Sometimes when you do that you can start to group tasks together or more clearly see what you might need to work on first, since it's more important or more time sensitive that other tasks. That and "focus time" where you set aside an hour to focus on a certain number of tasks, with no interruptions. That's how I really make progress on my to-dos!

The best way to stay motivated is keeping your eyes on the BIG picture! There is a lot of noise and distractions out there, but if you focus in what is important to YOU, not to the rest of the world, you will see big rewards coming your way! Surround yourself with upbeat positive people, look for inspirational podcasts or books, when stress creeps in, ask for help (talk to someone). Believe me the BEST is YET to Come if you just believe in what you are doing and keep the passion in high gear!

Clémence’s Answer

Find the activities that energize you the most! On a typical day, I try to balance my tasks between meaningful activities (like helping out on careervillage) and more boring tasks (setting up meetings for next week, sorting emails). To keep track, I do my daily to do list and I love ticking the boxes of what's done.

In general and from a more high level perspective, you can create a vision board (for ex: https://blog.mindvalley.com/vision-board/) and add all meaningful goals and activities you have, your values, etc.

Clémence recommends the following next steps:

Make a to do list
Balance your day and accept there ups and downs in a day
Make a life vision board

In order to stay motivated you have to stay organized and on task. You do not want to over-stress yourself. You have to set a routine for yourself and stick to it for the most part. Once you get into the groove of a routine it will be much easier for you to manage your time and have enough time for everything you need to do (including relaxing). Make yourself to-do lists on a weekly basis, use Google calendar or a planner to keep track of events, deadlines, and due dates. In addition to setting a routine and sticking to it, plan out relaxing activities into your day. Or set aside a time, after everything is done for the day, that you can have "me" time. I have also personally found it essential to not only find time for myself but also make use of that time in a way that is best for me and my holistic wellness. I have found the HeadSpace app to be an essential tool in helping me relax and generally feel more relaxed throughout the day, Guided meditation, even if you have a busy schedule, will make you feel more at ease and relaxed throughout the day as a whole (not just when you have the time to relax and focus on that "me" time).
