Chris’s Answer

Hi!

Business management can encompass many different areas and disciplines so I will give you my opinion. Business management is a active process where you analyze the situations your business encounters and made decisions about how to effectively meet those challenges by taking actions like allocating resources, developing an action plan, budgeting, etc. But to me by far the most important aspect of business management is putting those you are leading in the best position to succeed. My goal as a leader and as a colleague is to see everyone around me succeed and I find that in enabling others to succeed you will have a happier and healthier organization.
