Which activities should I do to help me gain experience and fill my motivation letter?
Recently I had to do a motivation letter and I realized I didn't have many remarkable experiences to write about. So what would you recommend me to do to fill my motivation letter?

Hi Claudia,
Is the motivation letter for a university application or a job?
In any case, when I first started applying, I thought about what activities and reasons drove me to choose a particular course or job. It really helped to mention things like volunteering I did and school or university projects that inspired me. Not everyone volunteers early on, so instead I talked about what truly excited me, like a school project or a dream of 3D printing skis or working at LEGO.
Remember, motivation isn't just about activities you can list on a resume—it's also about what inspires you to apply for a specific course or job. I'm sure you'll do great if you're honest!

Hi, I would generally recommend something that help you differentiating with others. I really like experiences as an interviewer around Volunteerism as it gives a lot of clues of the candidate like altruism, team work, entrepreneurship, give back ... etc
I encourage you to try with Ymca international and Astex ... as they have a lot of international volunteership programmes to help a vast community of people around the world.
Happy to help with more detail if requested
