Do surgeons find being strict better than being laid back?

Being a Surgeon is very responsible and respectful job. Sometimes you have to be strict regarding the patient care which needs utmost attention

I don't think so. All surgeons that I know are laid back. In instead of some clinic doctors are serious. Depend on of the individual personality.
