What are easy work from home jobs?

I'm trying to save money for college, but I got laid off early in the month and haven't gotten a new job yet. Until I can find one, what are some relatively easy work-at-home opportunities? #money

There are some good online options you can try from home. I’m not gonna talk about the same old freelance on Upwork stuff. These are more creative or lesser-known ways that I’ve come across (or tried myself):

EliteSurveySites – Most people give up early, but if you stay active, many panels offer higher-paying surveys and even exclusive focus groups where you can earn up to $500 to $2,000 per month. The best site I can recommend is EliteSurveySites. There you can find the best high-paying survey panels.

Naming Contests – Some websites run contests where companies pay people to come up with brand names, product names, app names, etc. You compete with others, and if your name wins, you get paid. It’s surprisingly fun if you enjoy wordplay or branding ideas.

Digital Flipping – This one’s about buying low and selling high, but with digital assets. That could be a cheap domain name, a bundle of design assets, or a website template. Add some value (or just repackage) and list it somewhere else for a higher price.

Done-for-You Notion Templates – Notion has a massive fan base, and people are willing to pay for beautiful, pre-designed templates. Whether it's for tracking finances, managing projects, or planning content, there’s demand if you package it well.

Beta Testing for Startups – Many SaaS founders pay early users to try their tools, report bugs, or give feedback. Some even reward you with lifetime access. It’s a cool way to get in early on new tech and earn a little too.

Hope any of these ways work for you.

Hi Jade,

Thinking outside of the box--If you love animals, puppies in particular- a great opportunity is to work with sites like "Rover" you can doggie sit for individuals who aren't able to keep their pups company during the day or over night depending on the availability. It serves two needs, you get to be a great friend to a puppy and you have company while you are continuing your job search.

I would recommend visiting Job Search websites/mobile apps such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Job Search for "Work at home".

Warm regards,

Mandy
