All specialties require 4 years of college and 4 years of medical school. Next follows residency which lasts 4 years for OB/GYNs.

Other residencies have different lengths.
3-year residencies:
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Pediatrics
4-year residencies:
Orthopedics
Pathology
Dermatology
5-year residencies:
Surgery
Radiology
6-year residencies:
Urology
Neurosurgery
