There are so many steps to get promote
1) communicate your ambitions. That is to convince your boss on your potentials, your CV should and skills should stand out from other proffessionals applying for the same position.
2) Leadership. Demondtrate good Leadership skills whenever an opotunity comes up. That is posses the managerial role.
3) Try to be in good terms with your boss, be close to him or her and work in collaboration in other to make him or her look good.
4) In every efforts made. Try to get a feedback to knw your weakness and strenths. Discuss with your boss to know your improvement and keep track of your accomplishments.
