How can I best relate to younger students, especially when working on group projects, when I am returning to school later in life?

I am changing careers later i life and am going back to get an AA, even though I have my BA. I am not sure the best way to present my ideas without seeming like a "know-it-all" or an "I-know-best" perspective.
