If I have a degree in Kinesiology, can I still go into the Pediatric Ultrasound field??

I'm trying to find a college with Softball and Sonography, but most colleges do not have Sonography as an option. I have noticed that most colleges have Kinesiology, so I was thinking about switching my major option.
